the Ansett Group Deeds of Company Arrangement and Trust Deeds in the form they will appear if Ansett Group creditors/beneficiaries
of the relevant company/trust resolve to pool the assets (if any) of, and creditor/beneficiary claims against, that company/trust into Ansett Australia Limited
(ACN 004 209 410) (subject to Deed of Company Arrangement); and
the Deed of Company Arrangement for Ansett Australia Limited (ACN 004 209 410) (subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) in the form it will appear if its creditors resolve to accept
the pooling of assets and creditor claims of some or all Ansett Group companies and trusts.
